This villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility of the area and its proximity to beaches and restaurants. It is just 700 meters from the sandy beach, restaurants and the nearest supermarket. Calpe center is 6 km away.

Ground floor: An independent bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.

Upstairs (with access via an external staircase): Living room (with TV with exit to a covered terrace with sea view). Fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each). A shower room.

Reines Vermietungsobjekt ohne Charme

Leider hatte das Haus einige Mängel aufzuweisen. Die Warmwasserversorgung in den duschen ließ sich leider nicht regulieren. Im Schlafzimmer des Untergeschosses war der Geruch, der aus den Schränken kam, kaum zu ertragen. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um Schimmel. Der Gasgrill hat leider nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt war das Haus zwar zweckmäßig, aber sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Wir würden das haus nicht ein zweites Mal buchen.
