DISTRIBUTION: This is a magnificent villa of new construction and high quality decorated with great taste and with the best materials. It has luxurious and very comfortable furniture and is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main floor has two bedrooms (double with two beds together) each with a bathroom en suite, living room with leather sofas and fireplace, separate fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor you have a room (double with two beds together) with a bathroom en-suite and an outdoor terrace with its chairs and its terrace table. On the ground floor there is also a garage and a bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: The garden is completely fenced and surrounds the house. The villa also has a covered terrace with its comfortable terrace furniture and a large solarium that surrounds the pool. It has uncovered parking for several vehicles.



LOCATION: It is located 400 meters away, that is, a few minutes’ walk from a spectacular cove with crystal clear waters (Cala Baladrar) where you can dive with tranquillity and only about 2 km from Moraira with its lively centre and its fine sand beach.
