Villa CASA PIPA by Abahana Villas
MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA SITUATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 4 guests.
LAYOUT: As soon as you enter the villa you will find a large and bright space formed by the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The dining room, with capacity for all the guests of the villa, has large windows, as well as a door with access to the pool area, which will make this space a very special place in our stay. Next to this space is the living room, located in a large space and formed by a chaise longue sofa with capacity for more than four people, with a coffee table and a television. Along the corridor there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. We will have at our disposal a complete bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is a space to park one car on the left hand side. Following the path behind the villa, we will reach a shaded area with a table and chairs, an ideal place to share a coffee with friends. Just beyond is the outside dining area with a large table and chairs and a barbecue for preparing meals. The swimming pool is at the back of the villa, with direct access from the kitchen. It is surrounded by several sun loungers, as well as a chill out area where we can relax and have a refreshing drink while enjoying a swim in the villa. A staircase leads to the terrace located in the upper part of the villa. Here you will find another chill out area with a double sofa and several armchairs, where you can enjoy the sunsets that are so special on the Costa Blanca.
SITUATION: Villa CASA PIPA is located in a quiet residential area. It offers peace and relaxation, surrounded by nature and only a few minutes away from all the services such as restaurants, supermarkets and activities of the charming village of Moraira.
