Welcome to El Horizonte, a charming rustic villa located in the peaceful area of Pedramala, Benissa. This property is situated in a serene environment, away from neighbours, which guarantees an intimate and relaxing experience in the midst of nature with spectacular sea views.

Cadre très beau, calme propice au repos Contacts agence agréables, très bien Propriété elle-même très mal entretenue tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Ensemble peu accueillant, peu propice à la détente. Pas de chauffage d'appoint dans ce qui sert de salle à manger (ancienne terrasse fermée par des portes coulissantes qui ferment mal) pas plus que de stores ou autres pour le soleil du sud. Porte d'entrée mal en point. Penderies immenses mais .... chauffe eau dans l'une, table et fer à repasser dans l'autre. ETC... Maison de petite superficie habitable. AU FINAL : location à prix trop élevé. On trouve beaucoup mieux pour le même prix dans ce secteur.

Villa?

Die Lage war schön und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Das Haus ist alles andere als eine Villa. Sicher 50 Jahre alt und nie etwas gemacht worden. Kücheneinrichtung Pfannen, Besteck etc. eine Zumutung. Duschvorhang unmöglich! Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab. TV geht nicht! Bei der Ankunft um 13.00 Uhr hiess es, das Haus ist noch nicht bereit, erst um16 Uhr. Um 13.20 kam eine Info, dass Haus sei bereit! Ein A4 Blatt mit allen Infos auf Spanisch. Stefanie ist doch Deutsche? Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. HÄnde weg von dieser Agentur!
