AMAZING VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for a maximum of 8 people.
LAY OUT: This villa has been projected so that it can keeps its regional rustic style. Stoned facades, mud floors, wooden beams, inside walls with stucco and tiled worktops in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms and built shelving. We access the villa through a welcoming hall where the are the stairs. In front of this hall, the living room with high ceilings and a decorative fireplace as well as a beautiful corner sofa. There are several decorative antique objects in the whole house. There are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single ones. An independent kitchen with a table where you can have delicious breakfast or any kind of meals, equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Its important to know that there is a direct access from this kitchen to the outside terrace where the barbecue is. On the first floor there is a corridor with a rail and direct views to the living/dining room and at the end of it we will find two more bedrooms with single beds and another bathroom exactly as the one on the main floor with a bathtub. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
EXTERIOR: This villa is located on a large flat and fenced plot, with space enough to park our cars in front of the main entrance. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the property with flowers, grapevines and cactus. In front of the house we will find the outside dining-room, the barbecue and the sunbeds as well as an umbrella and all the necessary items to protect us from the strong sun. The nice private swimming pool is in front of this terrace and has also an outside shower.
LOCATION: Very close to the sea and its lovely beaches. Just a few minutes driving far from Moraira beach as well as amenities and all that we can need during our holidays, bars, restaurants, shops, markets…
