WONDERFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA ) WITH PRIVATE POOL FOR 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM .
DISTRIBUTION: This magnificent villa of 174 m2 distributed on two floors. Built in 1975 the interior of the villa has been renovated giving it a modern touch while maintaining the Mediterranean style. The villa has 3 beautiful bedrooms, all of them with double beds. It should be noted that there is air conditioning throughout the villa as there is a central air conditioning system. There is a living-dining room with an open kitchen, the whole area is very bright and has views to the sea. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the home appliances needed. In the kitchen we will find a beer dispenser on tap where you can get the spare parts in some supermarkets in the area.
EXTERIOR: This independent villa, built on a inclined plot of 817m2 , has a terrace with a furnished dining room and beautiful sea views. In the back of the villa there is a covered kitchen with a fridge, washing machine and BBQ zone. The pool is located in the frontal part on a lower level. This is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with friends and family
LOCATION: The villa is situated between two well known urbanizations of Benissa Costa, La Fustera, where there is a pretty beach of fine sand just 650m away; and Pinets, were you will find crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea just 900m away from the villa. And 5 minutes away by car you will find the spectacular Sports Club Náutico of Les Basetes where you will be able to make plenty of activities as windsurf, diving, sailing and much more! It is a wonderful place for your vacation
