LAY OUT: The villa LOS ROQUES is an exceptional villa, offering luxury and comfort with a modern and fine decoration. The entrance gives us direct access to a very spacious and bright area where we find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with a magnificent view of the garden and the swimming pool thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is equipped with the latest innovations in electrical appliances. We find a glass table with wooden legs with an incomparable style that serves as a bar while we wait for the food to be cooked. The dining room, located to our right has a wooden table with 8 chairs. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair with television and a magnificent view of the outside of the villa. To our left, we will have access to the suite which consists of a split bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, you will find the second bedroom: a split bed with large wardrobes, a view of the garden and a very pleasant brightness. The room is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub. Going down to the lower floor, we reach the third and last bedroom. Below this staircase, an underground part with an earthen floor and stone walls has been preserved and serves as a cellar full of plants which represents a spectacular and unusual decorative touch. The bedroom has a split bed and a bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: The entrance through an imposing door to the villa LOS ROQUES, gives us access to a large open parking space for two cars. At the back of the villa we will find the leisure and relaxation area, with a pool and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. We also have a barbecue, a table and chairs situated under a shaded tree which protects us from the sun and thus enjoy this corner so pleasant at any time of day or night.



SITUATION: LOS ROQUES villa is located in BENISSA in a very quiet and residential area but close to all services, the beach and a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Moraira.
