LAY OUT: This large villa is distributed over two floors, connected by an interior and exterior staircase. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: all with a double bed, two of them with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious living-dining room is very comfortable and has an iron fireplace. Finally, from this living room we have access to the uncovered terrace and to the lower floor via the stairs. On the lower floor, pool level, we find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, from where we can also access the outdoor terrace.



EXTERIOR: This villa has a large plot with a neat and spacious garden with lawn, trees and palms. You have two main furnished outdoor areas where we can rest and relax, one at the same level as the pool, it is covered and has a portable barbecue, great to enjoy meals. Another area on the upper level with exterior kitchen fitted with a hob, fridge and a small dishwasher, plus a comfortable sofa with a large awning and magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. The pool in front of the villa is ideal to cool in the hot summer and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Access the plot through an automatic gate where we find space to park our vehicles.



LOCATION: Located in the popular area of San Jaime, a few meters from the supermarket Pepe la Sal and restaurants in the area. At a 5 min car drive from the great coastline, full of clear water coves and sandy beaches.
