Charming holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca), ideal for 8 people. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over one floor, this villa offers comfort and space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, guaranteeing a pleasant atmosphere at all times.
INSIDE:
The magnificent villa has a spacious living room equipped with SAT/DTT TV and access to a glazed terrace overlooking the pool. From here, you can access the dining room and the independent kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom (two with a shower and one with a bathtub). A fourth bedroom with a double bed does not have windows. In addition, there is an additional toilet.
ABROAD:
The large, partially enclosed plot houses a generous 9x4 swimming pool with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy meals outdoors with the covered barbecue. Parking space is convenient, as you can park up to three vehicles on the same lot.
LOCATION:
Located in the quiet area of "Oltamar", the villa offers a combination of peace and closeness to amenities. The nearest beach is just 4.4 km away, the center of Calpe is 4.2 km away and the nearest supermarket is just 3.6 km away.
OBSERVATIONS:
