The villa consists of two floors connected by exterior stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The MAIN FLOOR houses a bright living-dining room with SAT TV/DTT and access to a covered terrace with stunning sea views. It also has a fully equipped independent kitchen with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The TOP FLOOR offers a sunny solarium with wonderful sea views, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.



EXTERIOR:



The large landscaped grounds house an 8x4 rectangular pool with Roman steps and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy outdoor meals with the available portable barbecue. The property also has parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
