Wonderful villa with private pool and sea-view

Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:



- guarantee of 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)



inclusive electricity till 150 kwh/week (more consumption is to pay)



The Space:

Wonderful villa with sea-view and private pool. A lovely house - very good furnished. It hat a spacious pool-terrace with sea- and panoramic-views and a closed sitting-area with barbecue. There are 2 parasol for the tenants.



For the tenants are 2 apartments available (the main apartment on pool-level and a apartment on the basement) The apartment at pool level has an alarm system (the lower apartment not).

There is a third apartment on the first floor (but this is closed and nobody live there).



The 2 apartments are rented together to 1 tenant:



the apartment at pool-level has 1 living-sleeping room (with big air-condition and a big comfortable sofa bed), 1 bed-room, 2 bath, kitchen with dining-room (with dishwasher).



The apartment in the basement has its own entrance (and is only accessible by a staircase). There are 1 bedroom (with air conditioning and sofa-bed) and 1 bathroom.



Guest Access:

The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.



Other Things to Note:

Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
