The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped including a dishwasher and electric hob cooker. Full sized fridge freezer, and plenty of cooking and dining utensils.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one being en-suite to the master bedroom.

The light and airy lounge area enjoys full size patio doors leading out to the large partially covered balcony. The lounge has a dining table and chairs for six people.
