Set on the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this beautiful villa with private pool and terrace is available for year-round holidays. On two floors you will find a spacious living room with an adjoining dining room that combines indoor and outdoor living on the terrace, all with stunning panoramic views of the sea, the neighbouring towns and the Granadella Natural Park. The view also extends into the villa's bedrooms, allowing you to enjoy the seaside experience at all times.
This beautiful villa with stunning sea views in the residential area of Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Dalias, 2 km from Cala Moraig and 5 km from Moraira with many bars, restaurants and even more beaches. All rooms have double-sided air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to stay all year round. The house has all the necessary equipment, including pool beds and garden furniture, allowing you to spend time outdoors.
* Special note: Please note the following regarding Villa Maravista. The adjacent villa has undergone renovation. The work is mainly carried out indoors and should not cause any inconvenience. The attached photos are of the site. Please note that this is an urbanized area.
