A beautiful holiday home for anyone who wants to spend their holiday in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy all the comfort and conveniences. Beach/bay 2.5 km, 3 beautiful swimming pools around the corner, the cozy Moraira and Benitachell a few minutes' drive away, air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, partially covered terrace with lounge sofa, fully equipped kitchen and wireless (fiber optic). ) internet and a Chromecast to stream all your favorite TV shows!
The apartment is located on the highest floor, but at street level. So no need for an elevator or unnecessary stairs. Parking is free in front of the door.

Moraira and Benitachell are located on the Costa Blanca; charming Mediterranean villages. The largest and most famous urbanization Cumbre del Sol is located in Benitachell. It is located 445 meters above sea level and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.
