Nessa is a stunning villa nestled in the quiet residential area of “La Joya,” offering an elevated position with breathtaking views over the serene Mediterranean landscape. This prime location provides the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to local attractions. Just 5 km away, you'll find the beautiful sandy beach of El Portet in the charming coastal town of Moraira, which is perfect for swimming, water activities, or simply exploring a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. For those who enjoy a round of golf, the course in Jávea is just a short drive away.

Step outside to discover your own private Mediterranean oasis. The spacious terrace, surrounded by a magical garden, is the heart of the home. Here, you can soak up the sun on the sun beds that line the private pool, or find a spot of shade under one of the various patios. A new outside kitchen makes al fresco dining a breeze, allowing you to enjoy meals with a stunning backdrop of the countryside. Outside kitchen was to die for. Majority of our time was spent chilling around the outside kitchen and pool. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and pleasant holiday. Depending on how the year progresses we will look at booking again.

Villa Samina is a fantastic and spacious villa. It was very clean on arrival. The pool is a great size. The villa is located very close to Pepe La Sal, Benissa. It is easy to walk from the villa to local restaurants. Could do with a kettle in the downstairs kitchen and some plastic glasses to use round the pool.

Beautiful villa, a bit dated internally but great overall.

Great villa with excellent outside dining area and pool. Gardens very well kept. Beautiful views from the balcony in the evening. A few more tea towels, and washing up liquid / kitchen basics etc wouldn’t go a miss, saves the dreadful waste of ‘leave nothing in the villa when you leave!’ Only other complaint would be the bed in the downstairs room, It is a rickety old metal frame and very uncomfortable to sleep on with such a thin mattress.
