LAYOUT: Villa AGUILA is situated on top of the hills of a privileged location near Cala Llebeig, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. As we approach the villa, we are welcomed by a warm classical mediterranean style property, designed to embrace the refreshing breeze. The villa features open living spaces that seamlessly connect with the outdoors, allowing the coastal air to flow freely through the property. Four spacious bedrooms each have their unique character and charm, and are comfortably furnished. Once we enter the villa, on the main floor, we have two double bedrooms at our disposal on our left, with a bathroom to be shared between them. Passing these bedrooms, we find an open kitchen area, and a spacious contemporary style living room, equipped with a dining table, comfortable sofa sets and a large tv. On the right next to the living room, we find the third bedroom, as well offering a double bed, complemented with an en suite bathroom. Going downstairs to the lower floor of the villa, we encounter an apartment unit with a living room area and one more bedroom, with a smaller double bed than the upper floor. Villa AGUILA is situated amidst hills with lush vegetation. Although the villa is surrounded by a wild beauty of nature, due to these different levels and a full vegetation including spiky plants, extra caution is recommended to look after their smaller children. Furthermore, the villa offers a comfortable pool with a marvelous outdoor sofa set, which offers the possibility to enjoy a nice drink while watching the beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea and the green, mountainous surroundings.
EXTERIOR: Villa AGUILA offers a parking area right in front of the villa, where easily two cars can be parked Furthermore, the garden areas complete this villa which is a perfect choice for those looking to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting.
