LAYOUT: Situated in the breathtaking landscape of Cumbre Del Sol, just a short distance from Javea and Benitachell, this stunning villa offers a luxurious retreat with unrivaled panoramic views. Set against the backdrop of the azure Mediterranean Sea and the beauty of the surrounding mountains, this villa promises an idyllic escape. As we approach this stunning villa, its original architecture immediately draws our attention, featuring charming little stone walls that add a touch of character and charm. The thoughtful design of the villa perfectly blends with its surroundings, creating an inviting and harmonious ambiance. As we enter inside the villa, we are welcomed by spacious and inviting areas that seamlessly blend together. The living room offers a generous size and a comfortable lounge area. Natural light floods the room, accentuating the beauty of the wooden floors that extend throughout the villa, adding warmth and elegance to every room. On the right side of the living room, we will find an open kitchen area where style and functionality meet. As a guest, we can imagine preparing delicious meals while gazing out at the Mediterranean waters or enjoying a morning coffee outside on the terrace with the golden sunrise as our backdrop. Next to the kitchen area, an elegant wide staircase leads downstairs to the bedroom areas. The 3 downstairs bedrooms offer the benefit of being situated on a separate level, providing privacy from the main living areas of the villa. Important is to indicate that the left corner bedroom is especially designed for kids, offering two trundle beds, where the youngest ones of the family can perfectly be together. Due to the characteristics of these beds, it is not recommended for adults or larger people. The downstairs level offers huge terraces just like the upper floor. Going out from this lower floor, we can descend the outdoor stairs, where we'll be welcomed by a charming pool area that offers a private retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. Here, we'll find a well-equipped barbecue, inviting us to have outdoor meals while enjoying the beautiful views.



EXTERIOR: Upon entering the villa, we'll notice a convenient ramp on the left side, providing parking space for up to two vehicles. This ensures easy access and convenience to the villa. Just on the left side of the main building, awaits the cozy pool area where we can take a dip and have a relaxing time whilst using the comfortable poolside furniture. One of the standout features of this villa is its two immense floating terraces, situated to offer unparalleled panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills that surround the property. The magnificent views from these floating terraces are a true highlight of the villa. The two terraces are all surrounded by secure aluminum balustrades, though, keeping an eye on the smaller ones is always recommendable.
