ELEGANT RETREAT WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS IN CUMBRE DEL SOL, BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA), for up to 10 people.
LAYOUT: Villa Hemar is a spacious and bright property that stands out for its comfort, distributed over two internally connected floors. The heart of the house is on the main floor (pool level), where there is a large living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a generous sofa. The kitchen, with its independent and functional design, is fully equipped with various appliances such as a drip coffee maker and toaster. On this same floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms on this level have air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses two further bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. This floor has a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet.
EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa is designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with stunning panoramic views stretching as far as the Peñón de Ifach. The property has a private swimming pool with access via built-in steps, surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers. The well-maintained garden combines gravel areas with artificial grass and native trees, creating an atmosphere of absolute tranquillity. For al fresco dining, the villa offers a terrace with a large table facing the pool and a portable gas barbecue area.
