I arrived after 7pm ( 19:15 exactly) ans reception was closed so I had ti use an automated system to get my key and make a payment; unfortunately, system didnt work and I had call emergency number and tried to explain the situation but the gentleman didn’t speak English. After 1 hour 15 mins later while I was trying to contact with other reps this guy shows up and said he was driver and opened up the door for me. Long story short, no one wonder what the hell happened to me the next day and did not even tried to contact me.

Nice stay in Berlin

I stayed in Berlin for nine nights to enjoy Wagner's Ring Cycle at the nearby Staatsoper. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was very good for accessing the tourist sites in Central Berlin.
