Very good location near to U-bahn and S-bahn stations. Also well located for Kudam shopping area. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were superb and comfortable and found the stay excellent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Berlin.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location, close enough but also far enough away from transport links for it to be very quiet at night. Hotel reception is very nice with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were all very attentive and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Clean rooms and in a central area. However the park in front of the hotel is very sketchy with lots of homeless people and shattered glass, not something they can control, but just didn’t feel safe walking there. Staff was friendly, but wouldn’t allow you a 1 hour early check in.

A very warm welcome. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet area, excellent local shopping and transport connections. Decent price but breakfast a little pricey, however plenty of local options. Would definitely return.

The hotel and staff are friendly. Jim is well maintained. Rooms are clean regularly. If you leave your sign to be cleaned otherwise it will not clean it. It's part of their green program. The only dislike I have is that at this time in this month there is construction next door which woke me up at 9:00 a.m. with heavy drilling the hotel's not responsible for the space but unfortunately I had a bear and grunt the noise level and the shakiness of the room since I was on the second floor and since the hotel was fully booked, they could not move me to another room. My only warning is if you book this hotel find out if the construction next door is done with because it is really noisy and I have video to prove it.

The property was ideally located for the areas I intended to visit.. it was a leisure trip. The room was very well maintained, a good size and the twin beds were very comfortable. Dinner was very good and I’m told by my travelling companion that the breakfast was also. It’s easy to get an uber or taxi from outside and there’s an u-bahn station close by. The room was serviced daily, but there is an eco option for fewer. The English-speaking tv channels were very limited and confined to news… could offer a few more choices for rainy OR the capacity to cast from one’s devices. The coffee/milk/sugar allowance could be increased as it was a little stingy. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend

A modern relatively new hotel with all facilities in a great location for getting around. Good menu of traditional German food and staff all very helpful. We will be staying again when we go back to Berlin
