Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had the advantage of feather pillows and quilt, a rarity these days. There was no sound of other rooms. The shower was spacious and hot. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food. Very smart and well appointed. Staff attentive and helpful when needed. Hotel is in a good location for public transport around the city.

Great location for Alexanderplatz and 3 Christmas markets. Next door to Hofbrau House a must visit book online before you go. A great time for 4 days and a great price.

Room was what you would expect from a city hotel, small compact and clean. However we had to wait a while for extra towels when they weren’t in the room and chased them to send us some. We also requested housekeeping one day as it’s not included unless you specifically ask for it and asked twice and still our room want cleaned. Just need a bit more attention to detail. Breakfast was ok continental as expected. The location however was very good and convenient to venture out into different locations.

Dinner here is delicious. The room seems to be remodeled and the bathroom has heated floors. The shower drain actually drains well unlike many other Berlin hotels where you will be standing in a puddle of water.

The staff are this property’s driving force. Courteous, helpful, efficient, friendly, responsive, they are the hotel’s best asset. Check in and out extremely streamlined. Location is the second best asset. Close to many dining options (highly recommend the Indian restaurant in the corner for the best curry!) There’s a huge mall and Alexanderplatz is within easy walking distance. Museums, the Brandenburg Gate all within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was also convenient with a tasty breakfast buffet and good drinks for dinner. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room well stocked. The only negative issue I had had to do with the cleanliness of the linen and rooms. I would highly recommend the hotel changes their linen service. The towels and bed sheets were dingy, not dirty per se but not pristine. This was the only thing and I realize this is normally outsourced so I don’t want to detract from the hotel experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re looking for an excellent location to explore Berlin.
