As a solo female staying here didnā€™t feel very safe. The lock on my door didnā€™t work, there was lots of shouting, slamming doors etc. In the middle of the night. There was soggy toilet paper blocking the sink, didnā€™t feel very clean either. Likely wouldnā€™t stay here again

Clean, friendly and convenient location.

Fantastic location. Hotel was spotless, big comfy bed and staff were very nice and engaged. We had three in a room which made it very snug with the sofa bed filling the room. Walked into the frame a few times. But it was spot on.

There was a noose coming from room above us, drilling and something dropping to the floor. My wife had a terrible headache and wanted to take a nap and rest. I phoned reception and said nothing he can do about it, not even trying to give us a resolvešŸ™

Couldnā€™t be more welcoming!

Amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and really wanted us to see the city and enjoy ourselves. Breakfast was good too! Libby bar was a great place to meet our friends.

Breakfast this morning we were in restaurant at 9.45 but very little breakfast left when we asked we were told breakfast only served until 10.00am even though we were there from 9.45 bit disappointed.

Cold room

Room and staff were fantastic apart from the temperature of the room. We were in a large room with disabled access which was wonderful but it was really quie cold due to the room size I would say but we had heating on constantly and we were still cold
