AC doesn’t work and no cleaning service

They dont clean the rooms ! NOTHING just change the towels AND only if you ask them to. The AC doesnt work it was so hot in the room! The thermometer said 18c but it was actually 28c ! We couldn’t sleep!

Wonderful customer service, room and bathroom were very clean and beds were also super comfortable! Perfect place to come back to after a long day of touristing. We had breakfast one of the mornings and the spread was delicious and constantly topped up :)

Hotel is located 2 min walk to Check point Charlie. Lots of restaurants and transportation within walking distance. Their parking lot is secure and the staff at the front desk, Marcel, Riccardo and Jenny are outstanding! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
