Our only real issue with our room, was that the bed is on wheels. So when you sit up to watch TV, the bed rolls away from the head board 😂 Other than that, no issues! Great location to the SBahn (you can't hear it) and lots of dining otions with in a 7-10min walk

Nice hotel, good location.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the station and plenty of eateries. The breakfast was great, and the staff throughout were perfect. I’m disappointed with Hotels.com though. I filter hotel results to advise me of there being a restaurant onsite. There is only a small bar menu. Why put there’s a restaurant when there isn’t? I ended up having to eat out. I liked the hotel, but I wont be staying here again due to this requirement.

We only stayed one evening, but the hotel was convenient to the Hbf and metro and easily walkable to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were accommodating with luggage storage when we needed it after checkout. Would stay at this property again.

Right off Friedrichstraße it was easy to access public transportation, including buses, trams, subway and intercity rail. For the most part, historic sites were very walkable from this hotel. Plenty of great restaurants in the area as well as shopping.

Highly recommended

Hotel was really easy to find & close to train station. We arrived 4 hours ahead of check-in, and, as the room was ready, we were given the key. Room was clean.Bed was very spacious & comfortable, pillows were great too. Hair dryer, towels, shower gels etc provided, as was ironing board, stocked mini bar/fridge ( not sure of prices as we didn't have any). Kettle & sachets of teas coffee and sugar.. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring Berlin by foot or train. Can't comment about food as we chose to eat out. Although hotel is close to train station & trains were regular, noise was not a

*Location (10/10): The hotel is located right next to Friedrichstrasse subway station. It’s in the middle of Mitte, the city center and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. You have plenty of shopping and dining options very close. As far as locations go, it does not get much better than this. *Room (8/10): We had a triple room for us and our kid and it was spacious and renovated. The room had crystal walls facing the hall, which brought in plenty of natural light. There were 2 beds. The large one was huge and both had comfortable mattresses. It had a large bathroom with a bath tub and toiletries (including toothpaste). The room also had a fridge with plenty of drinks and snacks (at a cost) but no microwave. The only negative thing about the room was the TV. It was internet TV (live channels, streaming) but you could not watch almost anything in a decent quality or without freezing. Other than that, wi-fi worked fine on our devices. *Facilities (8/10): We used the swimming pool every day of our 3 day-stay. The hotel has a nice pool on the 8th floor with nice views of the city. The only problem was the water temperature. It was 27°C which by the end of March was still quite cold. *Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast buffet was impressive. It had everything you might want for breakfast, both cold and hot foods. * Staff (9/10): The staff was nice and kept our luggage on our last day before leaving for the airport.

Amazing breakfast

A lovely hotel and convenient location . It’s in a slightly strange spot down a side street but once inside it’s lovely, the staff are great and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a hotel- so much choice and really high quality ingredients.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Eurostars hotel. We had an issue with the room at check-in and the staff was very efficient in sorting this out and offering another room, even before the official check-in time. All staff are super friendly and welcoming and really take their time to welcome you and answer any question. Nice and refreshing water is available on arrival. Good choice at breakfast. Swimming pool, although small for the size of the hotel, is very nice and clean. Very well located for transport and tours. Nothing to complain about. Excellent. Thanks for a great stay.
