The lockers could’ve been bigger as it was tough to put my suitcase in there so I had to end up putting it on my bunk bed and setting it next to the window so I could sleep.

8 bed door was way too cramped and the music did not need to be playing at 8am in the morning. Court yard was too loud which is fine until about 10pm but not acceptable at 1am for example

Absolutely terrible Staff the room the facility provided This hotel is run on the basis of being something it’s not At best it’s a average 2 star hotel It literally survives on marketing and when you get there it’s terrible The staff the food everything it’s the worst hotel I have ever stopped in The breakfast was literally cheese ham and turkey ham along with fruit and some bread rolls served on a table Absolute sham do not book this !!

We enjoyed our stay here everything was great, location, room and staff. We had an issue with shower when we first arrived and reported to reception straight away and the maintenance person was there within 10minutes sorting the problem! Only thing I would say as we were in a twin room could've done with somewhere to put clothing whilst we were on our stay.

It's hard for them to keep the rooms clean when you share a room with multiple travelers but offering slippers or socks as well as making clear rules about where you can wear your shoes, or how to help keep it clean could be useful. I didn't see the cleaning staff while I stayed there but the late check out and luggage storage was super handy.

So. Our stay was wonderful, great location, friendly staff, clean and safe. Two things I like to see change are 1, more staff in the cafe in the morning, took over an hour to get 4 omelets, 1 staff making coffees and cooking breakfast.. doesn't work. 2nd. Get rid of the old, flat, worn pillows. Asked for new ones and got proper nice ones.. why give poor quality when you have good? All that aside, we hadca great stay... Thank you

The Generator Mitte surpassed our expectations - great food and drink, lovely, helpful staff, comfortable beds and the most perfect location! Music was a little loud for morning coffee in the cafe but otherwise no complaints and we would stay there again.

Easy to find. Right next to the tram stop. Everything was walkable distance though. The pods themselves are large and clean however the mattress is very basic. Would be nice to have a lock system on the actual pod itself. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Showers were hot and mostly clean.
