Friendly employees rooms are spotless near to trains overlooking the river lots of places nearby to visit and near places to eat out

Lovely hotel, central location

Lovely hotel, was clean and friendly. It was close to loads of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very helpful staff who could help you navigate the city. They also offer to watch your bags after checkout for no extra cost.

It's my second time at the Hotel and I'm satisfied with the service. Apart from a clean hotel and room, good food. Everything close by. It was more convenient for me, because Palas berlin is only 200 meters away, so I came to see the new show. The hotel is in the center, but in a really peaceful environment. In the hotel, proper service, for example(, called the reception that Tomi doesn't have a television,,but the men come right away, who speeded everything up without fixing it). Friendly and professional service at the hotel reception. Very happy with everything. Thanks for the service. KIND REGARD ILONA JAKOBI

Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Anliegen wurden sofort und sehr freundlich bearbeitet. Sehr gut gelegen auch für Personen, die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuss sind. Ruhig am Abend. Zimmer Ausstattung gut. Reinigung der Glasflächen hätte etwas besser sein können. Auch in der Reinigung sehr nettes, freundliches Personal.
