No ROOM SERVICE!!!!!!

Checked in for a two night stay, absolutely NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALLLLLL, NONE AT ALL. I called the front desk and complained about it,I was told (they did not know why the room was not service, I replied as much as I have paid and no clean towels!!!!! Ten minutes later a knock on the door, I went to answer and there were 2 bags of towels at the door on the floor....don't know if a DRONE PUT THEM THERE OR WHO.......NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK THIS CASINO AGAIN....

We enjoyed our stay at Palace Casino. The room was nice and spacious. We had a nice view of the river. The poolside restaurant Wahoo was a hit.

The Palace is great!

Quick trip to Biloxi for a little gambling and R&R. I like The Palace as it's pretty relaxed for a casino. I usually stay here when i I'm in town. Easy location access, clean rooms, fantastic pool, friendly service. Recommend

We had planned on eating at different restaurants while in Biloxi, but we were so impressed with the buffet, Stacked and the cafe, we only left the hotel twice. Once to eat at Bubba Gumps, and once to go to the mall and souvenir shop. Will definitely be back for vacation in the future. We liked the location, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

It was a pleasant stay. Almost all of the staff were outstanding. The food options were varied and good. We would have liked to have had 4 coffees in the room instead of two since the coffee was very weak. It was nice having hand sanitizer packets at the slots but the standalone stations were all empty. There were a lot of slots but few of the most popular ones and they were always busy. Oh, and a sitting chair in the room would have been nice!
