Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Binissalem, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the edge of the forest, 36 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.8 km, bakery 2.3 km, 35 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Binissalem" 2 km, railway station "Binissalem Estació (213)" 2.4 km, ferry "Port d'Alcúdia" 32 km, sandy beach "Playa de Alcúdia" 29 km. Patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced) at the house.
