The amenities were ok. Having to go to the front desk with your dirty towels to exchange them was strange. The staff was kind. The rooms need more soundproofing. I could hear everything in the hallway and in the surrounding rooms.

The room smelled terrible - like someone had just cleaned up vomit. I almost asked to change rooms, but our family staying down the hall had the same complaint about their room. We think the cleaning crew used dirty water. The bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned with the right product, so it looked gross. The rest of the room was good. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. Kitchenette was well stocked.

This is our second stay and we love the kitchenette and quiet area of the hotel. Comfy beds and in room Dove products are great. Gas, shopping and plenty of food options are nearby.
