Great location with great staff

The hotels location is perfect for UAB hospital. Lots of local eateries are nearby. The best part of this hotel is the staff, at every level. Truly kind and friendly while staying professional!

TV could not be seen unless room totally dark. Front desk didn't seem to care about anything. No note pad in room. Sold frozen dinners in lobby but no microvwave in room. Lesser hotels provide them. Beds really low to floor and mattress sinks you even lower. Makes it really difficult for handicap people to get out.
