The bathroom sink drain plug was stuck and would not come out. We had to use the bar sink instead. The ac was struggling to cool down and wouldn’t allow the ac to be set correctly. We had to leave the fan on high until it finally cooled down. Also the toilet was loose at the base and was causing the bathroom to smell like sewage.

As I entered the front lobby it wasn't in proper order, there were leaves on the floor from people entering and exiting. But the room was clean. It was very nice for the cost. I enjoyed my stay.

We arrived about 4:30pm and had to wait over 30 minutes for a room. The bathroom sink was plugged. One of the lights by the bed did not work. The breakfast omelettes were cold. Small seating area for breakfast. The good: Quiet room, nice fitness center, good location, staff was just OK, good coffee, easy check out, good value thru Expedia

The room was very clean and nice. The front desk clerk that was there when I checked in was the sweetest EVER . She made sure I was ok. I left my glasses there and hope I can get them back. Thank you again and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel light didn’t work, remote wasn’t in the room, sink was clogged, mini fridge doesn’t work, no bath soap was empty, the telephone is disconnected, seems like the hotel does not thoroughly clean or have rooms ready for guest. Went to front desk to complain and manager was not there.

The rooms are more outdated than they look in the pictures. The smell when you walk in and when you get off on a floor is overpowering. If you’re sensitive to smell this isn’t the place for you. Breakfast left room to be desired (no cream cheese for bagels, only apples, there was only one yogurt when we came down at 8am) however the food that was cooked like French toast sticks and biscuits and gravy were bomb! We had a dog but they never emptied the dog poop trash bin outside and so when we went to take our dog to the location there were at least 12 bags of random dog poop on the ground. Location is great though for being near things but we wouldn’t stay again.

Confronted in the lobby by outside company reps doing realty class. They were overly assertive towards me. The hotel clerk didn’t welcome me or ask if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in. She looked up my name and told me the room number. I had to tell her that we had a dog so she charged the extra fee. I had contacted the hotel previously to let them know we had a dog. The only toiletries were in holders in the shower. The shower gel was jammed in the holder and unaccessible. I went to the desk to ask for soap and was told they were out. Then she came back with a used shower gel pump. The towels provided were the bare minimum. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. We would have to go to the 3rd floor if we wanted ice. The website said there was a restaurant on site. The hotel clerk confirmed that there was no restaurant. The heater in the room was noisy. The pillows on the bed were not standard size. The breakfast items were minimal and the hot food was not available when we checked. It was a terrible experience.
