I really enjoyed the customer service I received from the night staff. The staff was there in the early morning when I checked out. She was professional, courteous, and very kind. She made me want to join the World of Hyatt, and I did join as she took the time to sign me up. I give two thumbs up, five gold stars, and a platinum rating to a member of your team who displayed the characteristics of a "Superstar".

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice overall but seemed outdated. A lot of the furniture is scratched up and just needs to be replaced.

Basic hotel for 1 night stay

The room was clean but there was stuff on the walls which looked like it could’ve been wiped off before I came. I had a pet and the hotel is a pet friendly hotel but there was hardly anywhere to walk him and no poop bags. When I walked outside of the property there was a lot of trash everywhere so we had to find a dog park to walk. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They had mostly bagels, cereal, the only warm thing I saw were scrambled eggs. They had warm gravy and cold buscuits. This is my 3rd time staying and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. I only stay at this place if I need to for one night, if I had to stay longer it simply does not have nice enough amenities to accommodate me for more than one night. I was disappointed with this stay.
