The overall hotel experience was good. Room was clean and bedding was all nice and comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about and in fact at 8am this morning, they had no half and half or any sort of regular creamer for the coffee.

Room service was provided only “every three days” according to the front desk. We had to obtain towels, tissues and toilet paper from the front desk. Side exit door on ground floor did not close completely on its own creating a security risk.

My family and I had a negative experience at this hotel. We knew that check-in was set for 3:00 PM, so we decided to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Upon our arrival at the hotel around 4:00 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes before we could access our room, and to make matters worse, we were charged twice for our stay. The staff member who handled our check-in was somewhat rude and unable to provide a clear explanation for the delay. Because of this experience, I will not be booking or recommending this hotel to others.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, we were not happy being placed right next to the elevator. I don't know if that was because we had a dog (the pet fee is high), but it was easily heard in our room and made sleeping difficult. Also, there wasn't a very adequate area to let our dog do his business. If a hotel allows dogs, they should have a decent area to walk them, goodness knows we paid enough.
