Only 350 m from the coast, in the north of Funen near Bogense, this exclusive holiday home with whirlpool offers a living space of 98 m2, spread over two levels. From the first floor you have a wonderful view over a small lake and the coast on the horizon and in the beautiful nature surrounding the house. From the ground floor you have access to two terraces, one of which is partially covered and equipped with comfortable seating. From the upper floor you also have access to two balconies, also with seating. The balcony offers a particularly beautiful view! With its 98 m2 of living space, the terraced house has enough space for up to six people. There are three bedrooms, all located on the ground floor and equipped with a TV. Nice bathroom with whirlpool, shower and underfloor heating and practical guest toilet available. Also washing machine and dryer are available. On the upper floor is the bright, spacious and well-equipped kitchen / living area with dining area and direct access to a covered balcony with stunning views of the charming surroundings. The technical equipment of the house includes u.a. a stereo with CD player, TV with international program selection and a DVD player. Full kitchen equipment includes e.g. Dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan and fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you have direct access to the second balcony, where a barbecue for summer days is available. Just a short walk away you will find some swings and sandboxes in the area for the youngest guests. Also nearby is the Bogense Vandland swimming pool, which is ideal for a family outing. No rental to youth groups desired!
