There is direct access to the house's large, open terrace, where several sets of garden furniture are set up and there is a large gas grill. The living room is i.a. furnished with TV with satellite dish and wood stove from 2020. From the living room there is a nice view out into the garden through the large panoramic windows. From the living room there is direct access to a small living room on the 1st floor, from which there is a sea view. Large kitchen with oven from 2020, stove with ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, etc. From the kitchen there is direct access to the open terrace of the house. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a large quality double bed from Dreamzone, as well as a large annex with a double bed and separate bathroom with shower and access to a sauna for four people. In the main house there is another bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house is located on an 807 m2 large natural plot, where there is a playhouse, sandpit and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The plot borders a large, protected common area and there is a direct path to the water. Benches have been set up by the coast and a bathing jetty has been set up during the summer season. There is an outdoor shower. Not for rent to youth groups.
