This is my second time staying in this hotel; the first time was a great experience, although this time around I had some issues with the restaurant and the front desk. They gave me the wrong room. I had to call the receptionist to switch me to the right room, which is supposed to be the Junior suite. The food in the restaurant was not the greatest this time either. Overall was ok stay.

I was at the hotel for 6 nights for business purposes. Walking distance to Corferias - 12 minutes. Clean hotel, amazing reception staff, efficient and courteous. Large and spacious room, mattress a bit hard, not many food options nearby. Good value for money. Recommended for visitors to Corferias.

Avoid this hotel by all cost. I was checked in by someone who has no businesss in customer service. I was over charged for my room she refused to correct HER mistake. I had to have her manager fix it the following day. While checking in I asked if there was a mini bar she said no. So I asked her where I can get a snack because I’m hungry she told me and I quote “go upstairs and drink water” . The room does not have a view as shown in fotos. The alls are paper thin, there is no hot water in the showers regardless of the time of day. The beds are horrible! Hard but in a bad way. Not firm just hard and cheap. You’d expect much more from this price bracket and because of the horrible experience I had checking in I’ll never stay at another NH property again. Here’s some pics of the room view from the 5th floor, nothing like the pics. Don’t be fooled, Run for your life it’s very very bad here.

Uno de los lados de la cama hacia un sonido bastante incómodo, deben revisarla. Por otro lado, la repisa ubicada arriba del minibar también se encontraba en malas condiciones. La iluminación de la 1108 es un poco pobre. Aún con estos detalles, recomiendo el hotel, el servicio fue excelente, el desayuno también, y está localizado en un excelente sector, me sentía sumamente segura.
