Hotel was a little disappointing, not very clean, pool was closed for “maintenance” the whole time we were there. Our floors needed vacuuming. You could tell the room was dated and needed some repairs. There was a horrible alarm sound coming from either the AC unit or the refrigerator.

Everything was very nice here. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and clean. Fresh lemon water and coffee is always available. Breakfast was the nicest I've seen at a hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. The location is great and close to everything downtown. You can walk from there to many things.

As always we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and were quickly on to our room, which was spotless. Unfortunately the television was inoperable but within minutes we were moved to another room. The Park Center area really works for us as it has a “tucked away” feel but centrally located just outside city center. Finally, the hot breakfast offerings and dining atmosphere are definitely a step above most other hotels in this price range, from our experience. When in Boise, which is often, we’ll continue staying at the Park Center H I Express, absolutely no reason to go anywhere else unless we some day get priced out.

Room was clean and well appointed; location near campus and the Greenbelt was fabulous; loved it that they held a tailgate for the Bronco’s game, as well as shuttle to and from the game. I highly recommend this location and will stay there again!

The hotel was nice and clean. The room didn’t have a working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nor did our room have a window that we could open. Therefore the room was musty and damp.

Dried blood on pillowcase, both headboards had peeling material, shower water pressure was low, room door swung open and kept hitting closet mirror upon entry, and room door did not shut unless you pulled on door handle from outside or pushed on it to close from inside. Floors were sticky at breakfast and no cookies at check in because they didn’t have any.
