I liked the property, room was in “sink” with the price, nothing to complain here… The parking story is ugly. The receptionist asked for an insane price, then after my questioning they reduced to about 70% of the initial price. I selected the hotel based on parking so I paid. Only to discover that there is no parking available…After my questioning they found a spot…It is a long story and is not nice. Bottom line: they are trying to rip off their clients, and this is not acceptable!

had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!

We booked a club room and the room was clean and convenient. The restaurant was spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. Breakfast was good and you can enjoy the variety of cold and warm food. Club offers you some snacks and drink during day and evening snacks which you can have some sandwiches and soup. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s my second time I’ve stayed at this establishment & just like before I didn’t expect anything less than the best. A young lady at reception named “Paula”, had the best greeting & was very well informative. Excellent customer service from all the staff. It was good to see the new interior, it really lightens up the place.
