We were surprised because this is generally a very good area of Boise. Meridian has always been my favorite. Unfortunately, the hotel room that we saw in the picture was nothing like the one we got there were no elevators and no rooms available on the first floor and I am handicapped with my knees, but they could do nothing about that without raising the price almost double what I was paying the price we paid was higher than what was advertised so be sure you ask lots of questions and lastly, we had about a foot on one side of the bed and maybe 3 feet from the other side of the bed to the bathroom no table no chair to sit in other than the standard plastic fold up kind there was one of those but nothing comfortable we were quite disappointed. I travel to Boise often three times a year for the last 15 years. This was my first try at this hotel and I won’t come back. Hopefully it will change and the service was fantastic. All of the employees were very very nice. I will end on a good note.

This property states it has a “truck parking”. Very little said truck space! We had a horse retailer had to be parked a ways away from the hotel and it was dark infront of a no parking sign, our vehicle wasn’t towed but it was extremely inconvenient

This was conventiently located. Restaurant that was excellent across the parking lot. Rooms clean with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was good with multiple options.

I would never stay here again. It was filthy, and the walls were so thin or uninsulated so you could hear the next room's conversations clearly, hear them using bathroom, etc. No privacy. The walls and baseboards in the bathroom and sink area were dirty, the shower was brown and caked on dirt and grime so we didn't even use it. When we checked in, the clerk made both my husband and I show our ID, and our phone numbers, the male model and license plate of our vehicle, AND they charged me a $100 damage deposit that I will supposedly receive back in 3 days. I will certainly be watching my credit card account for that. I just thought it was a ran down dive and we are professional people and were being treated like we were the sketchy individuals rather than vica versa. Very unhappy with this stay, will never stay here again and honestly it makes me very wary to ever trust Expedia again as well. No discounted price is worth that experience.

There was a group of younger adults making a lot of loud noise over a period of hours. I was woken up several times through out the night and got very little sleep. I did not feel comfortable and thought there should be security, if there was security it was not present at all. Also, there was a broken window in our room. We were staying on the first floor, last room on the east side across from the food and drink machines - maybe 128. Room was clean and comfortable, the desk clerks were cordial.

Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated how sparkling clean everything was, especially since it was a sloppy snowy few days. Carpet in the room looked new. Very convenient long, built in cabinet along the wall under the TV. Didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was the perfect place to sleep during a busy family weekend.
