We really enjoyed our stay at Vitor's Plaza. The pool was great and very enjoyable, and the entertainment team added a wonderful atmosphere. The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out.

Wonderful stay here! We kept extending our stay because the room was so comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, shower was big, and hotel had lots of activities to keep us busy. Most importantly as I was working remotely during my stay: internet was fast!

The apartment was very nice. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive to detail. Unfortunately the mattress in the apartment was not comfortable and old. The reception staff did not provide accurate information about the replacing of the towels and the cleaning the apartment.
