When I entered the hotel I was thrilled with the customer service of the initial staff. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. It has a great restaurant attached to it and lots of options if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel. My only disappointment was the valley service. I had called ahead to have my car ready and even after 40 minutes they still didn't have my truck out yet.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family. Great downtown location in easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, greenbelt, parks and zoo. Room was nice size with comfortable beds and fluffy towels.

Staff was very kind, including the shuttle drivers. The shuttles were timely as SO easy! Facilities were beautiful and we loved the location. We really enjoyed the downtown area, many good restaurants walking distance and a great overall vibe. Our only complaint is that our room was not ready at 4pm for our check in. They said it would be another 15 mins and that we would receive a text but we waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before I had to go back to the desk and insist we get a room since we were having to change and get ready for the concert we came to town for in the lobby bathroom. Because of that we wound up at the event late which affected how close we could get to the stage to watch the artist we spent money on flights from CA and this hotel to see. We wound up with a different room than what we booked since it was all that was ready even 40 mins after checkin time but it was lovely and clean with great amenities, and we enjoyed our stay other then the late check in issue negatively affecting the reason for our visit to Boise. Highly recommend the hotel overall but be cautious if you’ll be on a time crunch.
