Located in the heart of Bolu, Grand Köroğlu Hotel offers a comfortable and peaceful stay. The four-star standards of the hotel, along with its hospitality and amenities, truly meet expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely choose it again!

I booked this hotel on Expedia where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what Expedia puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall, although the hotel is clean and conveniently located, it does not live up to the "upscale" standard.
