Great location with easy access to all the sightseeing areas. For such a luxury hotel, I would expect to have espresso machines or coffee machines but they only had instant coffee in the room. In addition, room said guarantee for checkin at 2 but we went to checked twice and room was ready after 3pm. As we had a long flight we just wanted to get to room and fresh up. Rooms all have big beams hanging low so need to consider the safety for senior people. My mom hit her head a few times.

The hotel location is excellent it’s right next to the waterway. Everything is just about within walking distance. I think the furthest we walked was about 29 mins to see the mermaid. The hotel was spot on perfect, the location and restaurants were great & the buffet for breakfast in the hotel is great.

Beautiful room facing water. However, beam at an angle that is dangerous in the dark — banged head. And sharp corners on bed caused problems too — had to rearrange furniture to avoid banging shins. Breakfast was too pricey. The room was comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the metro. Overall, a good stay.

Currently has construction all around the exterior which was a mess. We loved the hotel. The location is beautiful on the water and convenient. It was strange that towels, cleaning supplies stored in the archways of the hallways. It took away from the ambience. Room was small but lovely. Bed was very comfortable.
