Bed mattress is firm. Two pillows, one large, another smaller. Duvet is summer weight. Location is great: 10 minute walk, indoors, from Copenhagen Kastrup terminal 3.

Upon check-in, the staff took my driver's license and accidently gave it to another customer in the hotel. I had to report this to the manager and he said " oh well, at least you found it later". Wow -- I almost couldn't drive on my vacation. An apology of " I'm sorry" doesn't cut it. Be careful -- competence for basic check-in is a problem for this hotel and no free breakfast or anything.

Walk from the airport in a covered walkway. The only complaint was that the air Conditioning in our room was almost non existent and it was hot.
