I found the hotel great for for my visit. The hotel was clean and service very good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was of a buffet style and was also a good selection.

It's a smart looking hotel in the main areas. Also has outside seating On arrival can be extremely busy, your are told, not in a friendly manner, to take a ticket and wait Rooms are basic but comfortable with storage, which is open, no doors We found no system to cool the room, or very small bathroom, which is a very small atrium Not a good nights sleep We did not have breakfast but crossed the road and ate on river

Rooms were tiny, with no ventilation other than a window that only opened a few cm. Walls paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING next door. Bizarre ticketing system needed to check in, and to buy a coke or sandwich.

The fact that early check-ins did not seem to be allowed made for a chaotic check in at three and beyond with a very full, weary and annoyed lobby of guests trying to get their room. More staff on the front desk are required at most times of day as well as a server for drinks, and food.

This is not family friendly hotel. Its smaller than cruise ship rooms. No AC and no Fans. Its smaller than a bathroom. Please double check your priorities. Smokers everywhere. People drinking everywherem its doesnt feel safe at all.

Less than basic.

You expect the bare minimum with a CABINN, however, this was below parr. Bed was comfy and sufficient as was the bathroom, albeit incredibly small. No hairdryer inclusive, you have to pay extra depending on room. The noise was awful, especially at the weekend. Sound proofing was good between rooms but the noise of the doors banging from other residents was not. Location was good.

Loved having a fridge that was super handy. I did't like that there was mould in the shower and the walls were filthy. Once I bought cleaning wipes and bathroom cleaner and cleaned the room it was fine though. The room was also overlooking the train tracks and because there was no AC you had to have the window open which meany it was incredibly noisy. This made it hard to sleep. However, the location was convenient and in easy walking distance.
