We liked the location of the hotel. We did not like that we had to tell the front desk for the staff to make up the room. Most hotels will do this without the need to request the front desk to notify the room staff to do so. In general we rate our stay as good.

Good for one person

We arrived around 1pm and asked if we could do an early check-in. We were told that our room is not ready but if we pay extra for the upgrade we can check-in early. We paid. I didn't see what was upgraded exactly. It is the same small room with the bathroom in the middle. Anyway, room was small but OK. Good for one person a bit ackward for two. We didn't do breakfast so I cannot speak to it, the price was 95dkk. You need to request room cleaning before ahead, they don't do it everyday. Location was great, lots of stores and restaurants around.

Clean, guilt,very accessible to transportation, taxi or train or uber. Taxi is just in minutes! Near certain landmarks, a lot of restaurants and places to eat! Highly recommended!

I got horribly sick. The second day I was there. I had paid for 6 days in advance. Could not get food delivered to my room and I had no way to get room service. I had to cancel my trip and head back. I politely asked them for refund for the remaining time. They refused.

The hotel itself was economical choice for Copenhagen and located in town. The only thing to be prepared for is the rooms are very small. We were a couple and found the space a bit tight. If you are traveling solo it would be ideal. While small the rooms provide what is needed for the stay and the breakfast room is very nice indeed! So the only reason I adjusted rating down one star was cramped space for two in the room otherwise all was very good.

My experience was just ok- you get what you pay for. My room faced the street, and since there is no air conditioning, I kept the window open, however the noise from the street and passersby was very loud! The room is small and simple, so when I asked the reception for an additional pillow they gave me a hard time. Telling me I had to wait until the morning because they didn’t know where the cleaning crew kept pillows. Really?! Good breakfast if you decide to purchase it.

Great location w/clean modern comfortable rooms!

Located only a few blocks from the famous Nyhavn waterfront canal featuring the colorful 17th-century buildings and restaurants and cafes, this hotel met our needs in terms of location and room rates. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And the nearest Metro stop was 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is modern, business-oriented with meeting spaces, breakfast cafe, 24/7 snack case, and more. Arriving hours before check-in time, we stored our luggage in lockers that cost money to use. Our room was clean and comfortable, although definitely snug since the bed abuts the wall on one side (there was a window that opens for fresh air and natural light). This hotel met our needs for a 3-night stay in Copenhagen.
