Nice room, nice size for Copenhagen. Comfortable bed and a nice door that opened to the outside to let in fresh air. Bathroom was a bit weird with its smoked glass door that keeps opening and blocking the entrance door, as well as the tub that you have to pull yourself into as it is elevated and very narrow which made it difficult to shower. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fine, but much less gf options than we've had at other hotels in the city which was disappointing. It was nice that you have to reserve your time so it wasn't too crowded. Sushi restaurant in the building is nice but very expensive. And no real view so not a sky or rooftop really. The pool was lovely but packed, as was the sauna. Nice big gym.

We stayed for 5 nights in February 2025. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has beautiful rooms. The storage in the rooms isn’t adequate for such a long stay with 2 people. There weren’t enough hangers for us to hang up all our clothes and no drawer space. The room was also too warm. We slept with the balcony door wide open and the air con off and the room was still too warm for us. Breakfast was included in our stay and the buffet offering is wonderful with a brilliant choice, including a vegan section. We only used the leisure facilities once because they were closed the second time we tried. The hotel did offer an alternative pool at another venue but this was no good to us due to the time we had before our dinner reservation, which was disappointing. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would recommend the hotel despite the few niggles we had.

Lovely and clean, reception staff were attentive and accomadating. Breakfast had a huge selection of foods and drinks. Room was spacious and clean. No complaints at all.
