Vi har haft et dejligt døgn. Venligt personale. Blot mærkeligt at når vi bestiller et familieværelse, 2 voksne og to børn, at værelset så kun var dækket op til to. Thank you Tivoli, we suggest placing actual glass or ceramic coffee cups in the room instead of paper cups. Not elegant. Would have been better to have more selections of tea and coffee as well as bottled water. We are aware tap is potable but our preference would be to see more bottled water being offered.

We are so disappointed with this hotel, the family room is so small, dirty and small details like no bath make a really big difference when travelling with a family. We found empty vodka bottles stuffed down the sofa. The staff were pretty useless, one helpful person out of 10 is not ideal.The conference centre completely takes over the hotel, there is litter, noise and people coming and going constantly. The pool and breakfast with the main attractions, if you’re coming with a family stay somewhere else!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Upgraded on arrival, for £28 a night, to an executive room on the 11th floor. Room was fantastic, large, had a comfortable bed, powerful shower and quiet. Access to the Executive lounge was also included, where at certain times of the day, you got free cakes, food, tea/coffee, Carlsberg and wine. Didn’t take long to gain back the extra paid for the room. There was also a separate breakfast room solely for guests who were in the Exec rooms, where there was a very large choice of food and you could even enjoy a Cava. The omelettes were delicious. The hotel itself was just a 10 minute walk to/from the Central Station, and had easy access to many tourist attractions. The staff were all very nice, and there was even a Concierge to help out with any questions/recommendations. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Havde et rigtig fint ophold i et executive værelse, hvor særligt morgenmadsrestauranten var helt fantastisk. Maden var formidabel og al personalet super serviceminded, søde og hjælpsomme. De gjorde virkelig alt for, at min datter og jeg skulle hygge os.
