The room was brilliant, bar staff really great- however we were conned out of €162 by the staff behind reception. On our first day the member of staff told us we could get breakfast for a special deal of €30 for two instead of €25 per person; however he didn’t specify it was for every day, instead he suggested it was for the whole 5 days. The breakfast quality was not of €30 quality, so god knows how they can charge €50 a day. The “hot food” was cold, shrivelled and dry after sitting under a heat lamp and there simply was just not the amount nor the quality for it to be so expensive. You could buy breakfast off the menu everyday for cheaper- hardly a deal!! Not pleased at all, and won’t be returning despite staying before. No respect for returning customers.

There was only one third of shampoo and shower gel in the small bottle when we arrived, and it’s not been replaced/fulfilled during daily cleaning. It hardly had any left on the third night, we called the reception to ask for more, they told us to bring up shortly but never turned up!
