We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks.

Staff was great, front desk personnel were helpful, check-in was quick. The Central restaurant was good food as always I stay here as the breakfast gives me everything I want to start my day. Room was clean and the bed I’d like to take home with me.

The location is tremendous, truly across the street from Zurich HB whihc is convenient to everything in this area. The hotel is also shockingly quiet for ebing in such a central transportation area. Breakfast is Delicious with many options. I will always stay here now when in Munich!
