Construction work that I wasn't warned about started before 8 and continued to 5pm. Reception staff seem more interested in their phone than greeting guests. After lots of stays I'm not sure I would go again.

Everything about this hotel was great!! From reading former reviews we knew the room would be small (triple bunk) but with that said, they are very well equipped. Would defintely stay here again.

I have stayed in small European rooms before but this room was SMALL. By the time 2 poople and the luggage is opened there is no room to move. Only plus was that this location is2 blocks from the river

easy to get to as a couple of minutes from luas smithfield stop, bed against wall but maybe given that room as solo, tesco at stop & not far from shopping street plus temple bar, would stay again depending on price

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, was able to get an early check in after a long international flight for one of our rooms, then they actively sought us out when our next room became available shortly thereafter. Getting breakfast, a few hours rest and a hot shower made all the difference! Property was very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend! Thank you do much for a wonderful stay.
