They charged me 50 pesos because I ordered a second bucket of ice, that is just dumb. 50 pesos is literally nothing so why even make the guest feel like they are asking for too much from the staff. Left early, my room sat empty for four days, went to a different hotel, will not be staying their again.

Although the resort itself was very clean. I've never heard the word "no" so much in my entire life. The restaurant food was unpleasant, we couldn't exchange our drinks for another. You could only order the drinks that were available on the menu, the bartenders weren't skilled in making everything. I booked two rooms accidently and only stayed in one and couldn't get a refund. There were so many rules that required a fee, I was afraid to touch anything. I will not be returning.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, but unfortunately there are no dinner buffet options. We had to go to another Henann for that. The beach was nice and fairly well kept, but sometimes needed a bit of cleanup. The service for helping with activities was very helpful, and the airport shuttle was well implemented. Overall we enjoyed our stay and glad we chose Henann.

We had a great stay at Hennan Prime. White Beach was a few steps away in a more quiet part of the beach (Station 2). The pool was also very nice. Amazing staff especially in their restaurant.
