Si l’accueil a l’arrivée fut correct par contre le réceptionniste n'a rien fait quand j'ai signale que le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement qu'au changement de personne, Christine , fut elle très efficace et que tout rentra dans l'ordre

Rien a dire sur l’accueil ni sur la personne en charge a l’arrivée qui a fait son maximum pour aider MAIS: - Pas de serviette de toilette dans la chambre. On nous a fournit 3 petites serviettes ensuite . - Lavabo bouché !
